These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at sisnova.io (the "Site") and the services provided by Sisnova LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), including AI automation consultancy, chatbot configurations, digital courses, workshops, event ticketing, and consultancy sessions.

By accessing our Site, purchasing our services, or enrolling in our events/courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you must not use our Site or services.

1. Company Information, Privacy, and Affiliated Products

Sisnova LLC is a Texas-based AI automation consultancy and educational platform based in Houston, Texas. We specialize in building AI-powered systems for businesses and offering educational events, workshops, and advisory services.

• 1.1. Privacy Policy Integration: Your submission of personal information through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices. The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• 1.2. Affiliated Software and Subscription Applications: Sisnova LLC operates independent software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, products, and platforms hosted on separate websites and domains. Each affiliated application is governed by its own product-specific Terms of Service, Subscription Agreement, and Privacy Policy available on its respective website. Accessing or using sisnova.io does not grant access to, nor does it override the specific terms of, our separate subscription software products.

2. Purchases, Events, Sponsorships, and Refunds

Through our Site, users may register for community events, purchase access to workshops, advisory sessions, online courses, or pay for corporate sponsorships.

• Community Events (Encuentros de IA): We host educational and networking events, including our "Encuentros de IA para empresarios hispanos." While many of these events are free of charge, Sisnova LLC reserves the right to charge admission fees, require minimum venue consumption, or sell tickets for special editions. Any applicable costs will be clearly stated prior to registration.

• Refund Policy for Paid Events and Workshops: If you purchase a ticket for a paid workshop or event, you are eligible for a full refund if you request it at least 24 hours prior to the event’s start time. Refund requests submitted with less than 24 hours' notice will not be processed.

• No Refunds for Delivered Services and Digital Products: All sales for advisory sessions, completed consulting services, custom AI automations, and digital courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the service has been rendered.

• Sponsorships: Sponsorship payments are processed securely via Stripe or invoice. All sponsorship sales are non-refundable once confirmed, unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written agreement.

• Rescheduling Advisory Sessions: One-on-one consultancy sessions may be rescheduled without penalty if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to attend without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session without a refund.

• Payment Processing via Stripe: All monetary transactions are handled securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe’s terms of service. Sisnova LLC does not store full credit card details on its servers.

3. SMS and Mobile Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in through our web forms, registration pages, or direct communication, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Sisnova LLC regarding service updates, appointment reminders, event notifications, and customer support.

• Opt-in: Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods, courses, or services.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your interactions with our team, event registrations, and support requests.

• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your mobile carrier for details.

• Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to our number. We will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to join again, sign up as you did the first time.

• Help: Reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact info@sisnova.io.

• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

• Privacy: Data obtained through the shortcode or toll-free SMS program will not be shared with any third parties for their marketing reasons/purposes. For more details on how we handle your mobile data, please read our Privacy Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, educational materials, proprietary frameworks, and AI configurations on the Site are the intellectual property of Sisnova LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or resell our digital courses, workshop materials, or proprietary methods without our express written consent.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY TEXAS LAW, OUR SERVICES, COURSES, EVENTS, AND AI CONSULTANCY ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SISNOVA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SPECIFIC FINANCIAL RESULTS, BUSINESS GROWTH, OR ERROR-FREE AI PERFORMANCE.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SISNOVA LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES, AI BOTS, OR ATTENDANCE AT OUR EVENTS. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO SISNOVA LLC IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sisnova LLC from and against any third-party claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Site, violation of these Terms, or reliance on the AI bots and automations configured by us for your business.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County or Fort Bend County, Texas, and the parties hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
